These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at nw-corporation.com (the "Site"), operated by NW Corp LLP ("NW Media", "we", "us", or "our"), a Limited Liability Partnership registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom.

By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

1. About these Terms and the Site

The Site is an informational website that describes NW Media, its business, and its internal Google Ads operations platform, NW Edge. The Site does not offer products or services for sale, does not provide a user account or sign-up flow to the public, and is not a transactional platform.

NW Edge itself is an internal platform used exclusively by members of NW Media's own team. It is not made available to the public and is not governed by these Terms; access to NW Edge is governed by separate internal policies between NW Media and its team members and contractors.

2. Permitted use of the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site for your personal, lawful, and non-commercial information purposes, subject to these Terms.

The names "NW Media", "NW Corp", "NW Edge", and the associated logos are trade marks of NW Corp LLP. You are not granted any right or licence to use these marks except as permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your personal use only, provided that you do not modify any content, that you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact, and that you do not redistribute the content in any form.

4. Third-party links and references

We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, availability, security, or practices of any third-party website.
